These Shower Gels were from my U.S. B&BW Spring Haul (here).
Typically, Shower Gels retail for $13.50 but there was a Buy 3, Get 2 Free deal on them.
All of the ones I got were new-new (at the time) so they all retailed for full price with the exception of Champagne Rose which I got on clearance for $3.95 only.
Strawberry Pound Cake (Sweet On You Collection)
Margarita Cupcake (Sweet On You Collection)
Lavender Clouds – Dream In The Sky (Rainbow Collection)
Fresh Raindrops – Dance In The Rain (Rainbow Collection
Saltwater Breeze (New Signature Fragrance)
Champagne Rose (Coming Up Roses Collection)
Don’t they all sound lovely?
These Body Lotions were from my U.S. B&BW Spring Haul (here).
After purchasing x4 Body Lotions locally (here) and then another x6 Body Lotions from the U.S. B&BW Store (here) I was fully stocked up and definitely didn’t need more.
However, the deals and promos and prices up on the U.S. B&BW Online Store were just too good to pass up. So, I picked up these two. I could’ve gone for more, but I was pretty content with the ones I already had.
Aside from Iced Pear Margarita (here) which I’d given to my 10yo niece and Vanilla Bean Noel (2018 Version) which I’d given to a friend whom – you guessed it – had asked for it (after she’d sniffed it on me), I was very happy with the ones I had left!
Even Wild Strawberry (here) I’ve found a use for, by placing alongside the Champagne Toast Fragrance Mist (here) at the sink in my guest bathroom. All that peach hurt my nose, but my friends ooh and aah over the scents, whenever they come over and use them, which in turns makes me happy because I’d managed to find a use for them.
In fact, I’m so happy with the ones I have left, that I’ve already given Portofino Pink Prosecco to my 13yo niece and Whitewater Rush to my younger brother.
– Whitewater Rush (Men’s Collection) was reduced from $13.50 to $3.95
– Portofino Pink Prosecco (Mediterranean Market Collection) was reduced from $12.50 to $3.12
These Hand Soaps were from my U.S. B&BW Spring Haul (here).
Typically, Hand Soaps retail for $6.50 but these babies had been reduced to $3 each.
These travel-size cuties were from my U.S. B&BW Spring Haul (here).
They were reduced from $6.50 each to $4.16 each.
While I had seen A Thousand Wishes before in Kuwait (older packaging), it had never really appealed to me and I just sorta’ ignored it for all those years.
Even at the end of last year, when I was going to see the movie 1917 at Vox Cinema at the Avenues (seems like a lifetime ago) and “The Big Sale” was going on over at B&BW (across from the escalator), I took a quick peek before meeting up with everyone up top for the movie and noticed that the version being sold was still the red version (older packaging).
Meanwhile, on the U.S. B&BW site, they’d already rolled out the new rosier version (as shown) and I was utterly smitten! Apparently, they’d changed the packaging for the anniversary of the scent A Thousand Wishes.
Thankfully, the newer version of A Thousand Wishes was also available for purchase in the travel size and the same for Champagne Toast, which was a fan-favorite and touted as the scent of the season, yadda yadda yadda.
So I snagged 2 Travel Size Fine Fragrance Mists and a Travel Size Shower Gel in the aforementioned scents.
1st B&BW U.S. Online Order (November 30) – Collective Haul (here)
2nd B&BW U.S. Online Order (December 5) – Shower Gels + Jar Candles (here)
3rd B&BW U.S. Online Order (December 6) – Hand Soaps + Wallflowers (here)
4th B&BW U.S. Online Order (December 7) – Candle Day Haul (here)
5th B&BW U.S. Online Order (January 1) – Collective Haul (here)
I’d already placed several online orders with the U.S. Bath & Body Works Online Store all throughout Winter and was pretty much fully stocked up on… well, everything.
However, as soon as I noticed the Spring Collection start popping up on the U.S. Online Store (in January, mind you), I couldn’t resist placing yet another online order!
I’d like to think that I tapped into my psychic powers and stocked up on Hand Soaps and Shower Gels in anticipation of the upcoming pandemic and the resulting lock-down, but in reality, a bunch of stuff was on clearance (too good of a deal to pass up).
On January 16 I placed my 6th and final U.S. Bath & Body Works Online Order.
I got some Shower Gels and Body Lotions and Fragrance Mists and Wallflower Fragrances and Candles and Hand Soaps.
Some stuff was new (spring collection) while others were repurchases of products that I’d tried and fallen in love with earlier.
Everything arrived in an unnecessarily large box and wasn’t all that well packaged either. I’ll go over everything in the upcoming posts (split into different categories).
These are the Deep Cleansing Hand Soaps I purchased in my B&BW New Year Haul (here).
The Deep Cleansing ones are my favorite Hand Soaps from B&BW by far! Sadly, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find the Deep Cleansing ones, online or in-store, locally.
Also, I’ve noticed that the Deep Cleansing ones tend to finish the fastest, whereas the Gentle Foaming ones absolutely refuse to ever finish lol
Therefore, it’s not just an expression, when I say that you can never have enough Deep Cleansing Hand Soaps, because you really can’t. They’re hard to find and even if you do stock up (like myself), you end up going through them pretty quickly, regardless.
I also ordered x2 Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte, but they never arrived. The rest were all repurchases from the Fall Traditions 2019 Collection and the Nordic Noel (Holiday 2019 Collection).
Typically, Hand Soaps retail for $6.50 each, but I got them for $3.25 each.
All of them arrived sealed, as per usual (so professional).
These are the Shower Gels I purchased on New Year’s (here).
I’d fallen in love with Little Black Party Dress (so sexy!) and Snowy Morning (so fresh!) and Coconut Lime Breeze (Skittles!) all purchased in My 2nd U.S. B&BW Haul (here) and definitely needed to repurchase them not only as Shower Gels, but also as Body Lotions and Fragrance Mists!
Sadly, once the prices got slashed, they went out of stock pretty quick. I’m sooo happy I managed to get a back-up of Little Black Party Dress and Coconut Lime Breeze as Shower Gels though ^_^
The rest were all new to me, granted I had seen Under Water Oasis in our local stores back in Summer.
Apple Blossom and Black Amethyst and Night Blooming Jasmine were clearly florals. Honestly, I thought they were all new because the U.S. B&BW tend to roll out the Spring/Summer Collections 2-4 months in advance, but apparently the latter two were “retired fragrances” that had been brought back for the semi-annual sale.
Rose Water Meringue and Pink Velvet Cupcake appeared to be gourmands from more recent collections, in addition to Christmas Cookies.
Mineral (Men’s Collection) and Under Water Oasis were some nice freshies, to round everything out.
They all arrived sealed ♥
These are the Body Lotions I purchased in my B&BW New Year Haul (here).
4 were Shower Gels that I’d purchased earlier and enjoyed enough to repurchase as Body Lotions, while 2 were complete blind-buys, making a total of 6 Body Lotions (as shown). Truthfully, I would’ve loved to have gotten my hands on Little Black Party Dress but it was sold out.
Normally, I wouldn’t buy this many Body Lotions all in one go… except these babies had been reduced to around $3 a pop (with the exception of Wild Strawberry which cost $6.25). They were basically 1 Kuwaiti Dinar each! It was too good of a deal to pass up!
With that being said, I’m not crazy enough to have them all open at once. I’m only going to be using one at a time and completely finishing it up, before moving on to the next one.
Also, all of them arrived sealed, which is what I’ve come to expect from the U.S. B&BW (unlike our local B&BW lol).
Honestly I wasn’t planning on ordering more Bath & Body Works stuff online anymore, but the U.S. B&BW had some crazy good deals going on and I’m only human after all.
Unfortunately, some of the things I ordered were missing (such as the Exfoliating Lip Scrub in the scent/flavor Mint Drop which had been reduced to $4.25), but that’s my fault for waiting until literally the last day of the year to place my order lol
Back in December, my cousin’s wife served me a can of tasty Lychee Drink when I was over at my uncle’s home. It was sooo good that I’ve been searching for the exact same stuff ever since.
All I can remember was there was an illustration of Lychee and a Melon and possibly a Pear on the front, and the can itself was pale pink with white polka-dots and was either made in Malaysia or Thailand based on the writing (I dunno’).
During early December, I hit up both the Souq Sharq branch and Salmiya branch of Sultan Center and the Salmiya branch of City Center (ergo Collective Snackage Haulage) and bought a ton of other groceries as well, but couldn’t fit everything into one photo, so I didn’t even bother attempting it.
The drinks in the 1st photo were all from City Center Hypermarket (Salmiya). As you can see, it was very lychee-oriented lol
