US Bath and Body Works Spring Fragrance Mist Haul

These Fragrance Mists were from my U.S. B&BW Spring Haul (here).

Typically, Fragrance Mists retail for $14.50 but these babies had been reduced to $3.62 each, except for Underwater Oasis which was reduced to $7.25 only.

I’ve actually seen each and every one of these Fragrance Mists in-stores locally during The Big Sale (here) but I barely payed them any attention because they looked gross (not sealed, lightly tested, residue on the sides of the atomizer, etc…).

However, based on the success I’ve found with my previous Fragrance Mist Haulage (such good scents), I figured I’d try my hand at more, especially once they went on sale.

Most of them were from the Mediterranean Market Collection aside from one, which was from the Crystal Cove Collection.

Mediterranean Market Collection

Mediterranean Blue Waters: A clean splash of sparkling passionfruit, Mediterranean fig, coconut water, drenched woods & ocean musk (purchased earlier, here)

Capri Coastal Citrus: A sunny, seaside blend of fresh Italian lemon, iced bergamot, creamy vanilla orchid, warm beachy coconut & white sands

Portofino Pink Prosecco: A fruity, floral mixer of wild pomegranate, sparkling pink prosecco, soft jasmine, juicy nectarine & white woods

Capri Ocean Breeze: A cool, refreshing blend of marine waters, crisp cotton & ocean air (purchased earlier, here)

Limoncello: An intoxicating blend of Sorrento lemons, sugared mint & fresh verbena (purchased earlier, here)

Summer Tiramisu: A rich, Italian treat of espresso bean, creamy vanilla & whipped sugar (purchased earlier, here)

Aside from the Hand Soaps and Shower Gels, I thought the packaging on the Mediterranean Market Collection was a bit… busy. There was just too many different designs and too many colors and just too much going on for my taste.

All the Fragrance Mists from the Mediterranean Market Collection didn’t look all that great to me, but Mediterranean Blue Waters was by far the nicest.

I’d already stocked up on everything I’d wanted from the Mediterranean Market Collection earlier during The Big Sale (here). The haulage included a 3-Wick Candle and a Shower Gel a Hand Cream and Hand Soaps and PocketBacs.

I was interested in Mediterranean Blue Waters as a Fragrance Mist, but the the bottles in-store all looked pretty ratchet (“lightly tested”).

However, once the Fragrance Mists went on sale online (U.S. B&BW Store), I figured I’d go for it and since they were all on sale (and had stellar reviews), I figured I’d go for the rest of the Fragrance Mists in the collection.

Portofino Pink Prosecco Fragrance Mist (Mediterranean Market Collection)

A fruity, floral mixer of wild pomegranate, sparkling pink prosecco, soft jasmine, juicy nectarine & white woods

Sparkling waters and flowers in bloom make for a picture-perfect sunny day in the Mediterranean!

Aside from the peachy liquid inside, I hated everything about the packaging (the design, the color, the everything) lol

As for the scent, at first, I’d get a hit of sweet, juicy nectarines (which I like) only to be followed up with notes that smelled offensive to my nose (prosecco and white woods and icky florals all hurt my nose).

It’s a shame because it actually smelled lovely in the air, but concentrated on my wrist and other pulse points, it smelled too perfume-y.

In fact, I bought the matching Body Lotion to layer with the Fragrance Mist, but I gave the Body Lotion to my niece (here).

That said, Portofino Pink Prosecco did smell more expensive than it was (not something you’d find at B&BW).

It wasn’t as sexy as A Thousand Wishes (here) it was also nowhere near as irritatingly strong as Champagne Toast (here).

Also, after some time, it would revert back to being sweet. Heck, it was the sweetest out of all 3 Fragrance Mists! I’m glad it went on sale and I decided to go for it!

Even though I’m not a fan of overtly girly scents like this, I’ve really been enjoying Portofino Pink Prosecco!

Capri Coastal Citrus Fragrance Mist (Mediterranean Market Collection)

A sunny, seaside blend of fresh Italian lemon, iced bergamot, creamy vanilla orchid, warm beachy coconut & white sands

Sparkling waters and flowers in bloom make for a picture-perfect sunny day in the Mediterranean!

Now this baby had the worst packaging out of all 3 lol (hands down the ugliest)!

As for the scent, it was extremely, extremely, extremely musky! At first, I’d get a lip-puckering lemon and then I’d get some sorta’ coconut scent, both of which were extremely musky.

It’s more of an acquired taste (not for everyone), but luckily I happen to adore both the lemon offerings as as well as the coconut offerings from Bath & Body Works so I’m ok with Capri Coastal Citrus.

That said, I’d have to be in the right mood to wear this baby. It’s not one of those easy-breezy scents that you just apply whenever, wherever, despite what the description would lead you to believe.

Due to all the musk, this sucka’ lasts a bit longer than the average Fragrance Mist and all that musk can get irritating, down the line lol

In the interest of full disclosure, I think Victoria’s Secret Shot of Coconut Fragrance Mist (haulage here) is waaay nicer!

I mean, I like Capri Coastal Citrus, but again, it’s not for everyone (try before you buy). Personally, I think it would make a better Home Fragrance (Candle or Room Spray or whatever) rather than a Fragrance Mist, but that’s just my opinion.

Mediterranean Blue Waters Fragrance Mist (Mediterranean Market Collection)

A clean splash of sparkling passionfruit, Mediterranean fig, coconut water, drenched woods & ocean musk

Sparkling waters and flowers in bloom make for a picture-perfect sunny day in the Mediterranean!

Now this baby had the best packaging out of all 3. It had nice, clean geometric lines (striped umbrellas?) and a simple yet chic color scheme: white and navy. Mi gusta!

That said, the packaging on the Shower Gel in the matching scent was to die (here)!

As for the scent, I generally love my freshies and based on the packaging, that’s what I was expecting from this baby. Surprisingly, despite the packaging, this baby was not the usual fresh and aquatic unisex scent that I was expecting.

It did have aquatic notes and was definitely a unisex scent, but it also had something musky and sweet (coconut water) and something clean (Mediterranean fig) that made it a much more complex and sophisticated scent. In fact, it kinda’ reminded me of Diptyque Philosykos (haulage here)!

While I wasn’t a big fan of the Shower Gel version (here), I’ve actually really been enjoying the Fragrance Mist. In fact, it’s my most used Fragrance Mist from the entire Mediterranean Market Collection!

Underwater Oasis Fragrance Mist (Crystal Cove Collection)

A cool ocean wave of sparkling bergamot, jasmine, bamboo, marine notes & blue musk

Dive into an underwater paradise where an iridescent world awaits.

Crystal Cove Collection:

Papaya Paradise Cove – smelled obnoxiously fruity
Pink Coconut Calypso – smelled like a typical coconut scent from B&BW
Underwater Oasis – smelled aquatic and somewhat masculine

Last, but certainly not least was Underwater Oasis.

I remember spotting the Crystal Cove Collection at Souq Sharq back during the Summer of 2019.

Everything looked ratchet though (already opened and sticky with residual gunk everywhere) and smelled rank (probably from being opened and “lightly tested”). So, I skipped it.

Once the semi-annual sale rolled around, I noticed the Crystal Cove Collection pop back up on the U.S. B&BW Online Store.

To be honest, I wasn’t really interested in any of the scents. They lost me at Micellar (I need my Shower Gels to be frothy and bubbly). However, all three of the Fragrance Mists had stellar reviews! So, I figured rather than commit to a Fragrance Mist, I’d go for a Shower Gel first.

Papaya Paradise Cove was your usual obnoxious fruity scent from B&BW and Pink Coconut Calypso was your typical Coconut Scent from B&BW so that left only Underwater Oasis which appeared to be your standard fresh-y and I tend to enjoy those!

I purchased Underwater Oasis as a Micellar Shower Gel in my New Year’s B&BW Haul (haulage here) and while I didn’t love it, I also didn’t hate it.

Still, my curiosity was piqued. I decided to go for the Fragrance Mist next time.

As expected, it was a gorgeous, aquatic, oceanic, fresh, clean, uplifting, energizing, exhilarating, unisex fragrance (I mean it leaned more masculine but whatever).

It smelled so good! It started off with that delicious Bergamot and I could almost swear that I was smelling Apple Blossom in there as well. Then the Bamboo gave it that clean, powdery quality and the Marine Notes and Blue Musk gave it that aquatic quality.

Even the packaging was so cool! I only included pics of the Fragrance Mist from the back, but it looked even cooler from the front! Each scent had a strategically placed sticker that reflected the name, sorta’ like the Victoria’s Secret Disco Nights Collection (here). The effect was just so pretty!

If like me, you enjoy wearing “unisex” scents or you enjoy having your sheets and linens and home and whatever else smelling all fresh and aquatic or you just wanna’ get this for your mansss, than Underwater Oasis is deffo’ the way to go!

Again, it smells so good! I’d say Underwater Oasis was the “For Men” version of Victoria’s Secret Bombshell (Summer) (haulage here)! I love it so much!
