Phyto Collective Haul

I purchased these Phyto products from different Boots stores because I’m kinda’ on a Hair Care kick.

Initially, I just purchased the Phyto 9 (Nourishing Day Cream with 9 plants) for Ultra-Dry Hair from the Avenues branch. It cost KD 8/000.

This day cream suits the needs of ultra-dry hair. Phyto 9 is a unique blend of macadamia oil and plant extracts selected for their emollient and nourishing properties. Soybean, Calendula, Burdock, and mallow help maintain an optimal moisture level deep inside the hair fiber. Nourished and protected from the inside out, hair is soft, supple and illuminated with shine.

Then I picked up the Phytojoba Shampoo (Intense Hydration Brilliance Shampoo) for dry hair from a different Boots branch. I believe this was KD 11/000.

Specifically formulated for dry hair Phytojoba is a rich and creamy shampoo that intensely hydrates and softens. Jojojoba Oil, extracted from Jojoba Plant Seeds, is used for its softening benefits as well as its incredible compatibility with the hair structure. Jojoba Oil is a unique plant-based liquid wax with emollient, regenerating and protecting properties that provides intense hydration and shine. Cornflower and mallow, combined with a gentle cleansing base formulated with coconut oil, deliver extreme softness. Hair instantly regains it’s optimal hydration levels, suppleness and luster.

Lastly, I picked up this Phytogloss color-enhancing express treatment with botanical pigments (Chestnut Highlights – dark blonde to light chestnut hair) from the Jabriya branch. There’s one for blondes, and one for redheads, as well as the more daring hair colors. This retails for KD 12/000.

Reveal the radiance of your hair with Phytogloss express treatment!
The authentic light-capturing formula of repigmenting treatment instantly blends into your hair colour to reveal its full beauty by delivering ultra shine. Without oxidation and without bleaching, this formula is endowed with Canada Goldenrod Extract that revives the radiance of dark blonde to light chestnut colours by delivering deep chestnut highlights. Enriched with Mango Butter and hydrating Hazelnut Oil, Phytogloss protects your hair to deliver nourishment and restore the intensity of your color.

I just wanna’ say that these are priced higher than drugstore brand hair care items. That said, I feel like my hair needs this stuff so I’m pretty happy about Phyto 9 (even though the thought of applying this to freshly washed hair makes me sad) and Phytojoba because I enjoy jojoba-based products and the packaging looks ridiculously cool to me! Phytogloss was more of a spur of the moment purchase because at the time it seemed like a fun product but now the more I look at it, the more intimidated I am by it. Again, I think Boots is awesome because I can always find the coolest stuff (I wanna’ hidden gems but they can’t be “hidden” if they’re stacked on shelves just waiting to be purchased, no?) at every branch.
