I got this message when I checked out of talabat.com so I thought I’d share it with you guys. If you don’t know what talabat.com is, where have you been? Basically, it’s an online delivery service with a wide variety of restaurants including those that don’t normally deliver. It’s perfect for people like myself who might crave certain dishes from certain restaurant but don’t don’t feel like dressing up and going out just to satisfy those cravings. Honestly, I think the guy that came up with this is a genius. In arabic talab means order (singular) and talabat means orders (plural). I’ve been with talabat.com from the start (back when it was 6alabat.com) so I’ve seen them do all kinds of promotions. Once, I even won a phone (pre-smartphone-era).
Sorry for the quality of the photo but it’s still legible so it’ll have to do. If your order through talabat.com exceeds KD7 you get a 20% discount voucher to be used at beidounonline.com. I don’t really shop at Beidoun all that much but I will visit them from time to time especially when I can’t find a specific product I’m lusting after at Sephora, VaVaVoom, Faces, etc… Beidoun has the usual collection of makeup brands (Bourjois, Clarins, Clinique, Diego Del Palma, Elizabeth Arden, Estee Lauder, Giorgio Armani, Givenchy, Kanebo, Lancaster, Lancome, Max Factor, Pupa, Serge Louis Alvarez, Stendhal, Shiseido, Sisley, and Yves Saint Laurent) but they also have perfumes, watches, and leather goods available for purchase.
