They gave out plastic rings, pin buttons/badges, and scratch and win cards. I’m not really sure what the prize was and didn’t think to ask. As far as I was concerned, I’d already gotten my hands on my prize, the lipstick. This as close as we’ve come to experiencing a MAC “event” in Kuwait so kudos.
I purchased all 3 Nail Lacquers, a lipstick and a plushglass from the Quite Quite Collection.
Mischievous Mint is described as a creamy pale blue mint. Little Girl Type is described as a creamy lavender. Ice Cream Cake is described as a creamy blue pink. All of them were cream finishes. I’m happy with Mischievous Mint because it’s similar to For Audrey by Chinaglaze and I love that type of blue green shade. Little Girl Type feeds my more recent lavender nail polish obsession. I got Ice Cream Cake because what the heck, might as well get the whole collection of nail lacquers. #hoarder
I got my first ever plushglass from MAC from this collection. They had a light pink, a blue pink, a purple, and a nude. Guess which one I got? I got Bubble Tea which is described as a pale creamy nude. MAC lip products usually have that vanilla scent to them, right? Well this stuff smells even better, like cookie batter! Not only that but plushglass is supposed to plump your lips! Some people say this stuff is too strong and actually burns but that didn’t happen with me because my skin is not sensitive at all. All I experienced was that tingly feeling and my lips did seem bigger. I just love lip plumpers in general so… yeah. I strongly suggest you try these out if they ever get rereleased but only if you do not have sensitive skin.
Finally, the pièce de résistance Candy Yum-Yum lipstick which is described as neon pink and has a matte finish. Candy Yum Yum is the most beautiful pink lipstick on earth. Yup, that just about sums it up.
