I keep hauling Bath & Body Works and MAC Cosmetics, complete with photos and all but never actually get around to updating my blog and by then, a new collection would have come out. Does anyone actually care that these hauls might not be in chronological order? I only have a few more B&BW hauls to work my way through before I’ve caught up to the newer collections. Then, I think I will take my time with MAC and blog about MAC products by collection, before moving on to single product reviews of MAC products. Yes, that sounds like an efficient plan.
Another 3-for-2 deal on Antibacterial Hand Soaps, I picked up Blushing Mimosa, Berry Parfait, and another Ocean Citrus. I enjoyed using up Berry Parfait (sweet candy) and Ocean Citrus (lemon love), but blushing mimosa had a synthetic smell that was off-putting.
Another 3-for-2 deal on minis, I picked up a mini shower gel, and 2 mini body sprays in Dark Kiss and Secret Wonderland. My sister wanted the Dark Kiss candle I’d previously reviewed here but I truly adored the black currant scent so much that I wanted to try out some more products in the line.
Wanting to try some products from the Aromatherapy line, I picked up 2x mini body wash & foam baths, and 2x mini body lotions all in the same scent, Black Currant Vanilla. When I fall for something, I fall hard, clearly. Oh and Hubby compared the scent of these to Twilight Woods shower gel saying “They smell like chocolate, just like that other one” (other one meaning Twilight Woods which has become pretty much a staple at our home).
I really wanted to try out the portable scents, so I picked up a tacky animal print peace sign in the scent Caribbean Escape (it wasn’t my favorite scent but each design had it’s own scent and this was the least tacky looking one out of all the portable scents) and I got a portable scent refill of the gorgeous Pineapple Orchid scent which I’ve previously purchased as a wallflower, and as a candle.
I picked up 3 more mini candles just because they looked so cute! Salty Caramel, Pineapple Orchid, and Caribbean Salsa. Thse look so adorable, lined up together at my desk at work but to be honest, not everyone at work loves the scent of Salty Caramel. It is a bit… overpowering.
